Training Classifications

It is difficult to believe that the explosives and blasting industry does not use a standard classification for levels of training. We have consulted our expert associates and have created our own Explosives Training Classification Program.

This classification system is not exclusive to AEG, in fact, we encourage other agencies, organizations and schools to adopt these standards. This system allows standardization for our industry. If someone states that are an experienced blaster or a Blaster in Charge, this can be varied and categorized using the same objective criteria. There is no royalty or fee for using this system.

This system will be helpful to those who are applying to states that require a state blasters license or permit and need to verify training and experience.  Students and Alumni, we can validate your education and experience to give you a Category Level.
